MURGHA DO PYAAZA.

1 kg chicken
2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4th cup oil
4 large onions (chopped)
2 flakes garlic (crushed)
2 cups plain yogurt
1cup hot water



6 cloves
2 cardamom
6 black peppercorns
2 pieces cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp ginger paste.
1tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 cup tomatoes puree


Cut the chicken into medium pieces,wash and pat dry. Mix with salt and lemon juice and Set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and add whole garam masala. Then add the onion ,garlic and all the dry masala powder.
Cook for 10-15 mins.Add the curd and tomato puree fry for 5 minutes ,then add chicken. Fry for more 5 mins ,add the water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is tender.now add garam masala powder
Sprinkle the top with garam masala powder.Garnish with fried onion.
