
2 cup All Purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
water to knead the dough(approx 1 cup)
filling:
1/2 Cup yellow moong dal (soaked)
1/4 tsp Fennel seeds powder(coarsely)
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds powder(coarsely )
1/2 tsp Dhania seed powder(coarsely )
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder.
1/4 tsp mango powder.
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Take the dough and divide into 20 balls equal size.Roll out the balls
Stuff the mixture in it and seal the edges.
Heat the oil and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve it with green chutney and sweet and sour tamarind chutney.
